Protein from the hemp seed oil of cannabis

Protein from hemp seed oil which contains two globular proteins such as albumin (33%) and edestine (67%) with a structure similar to proteins produced in the blood so it is more easily absorbed by the body. Hemp seed protein is also free from antinutrient like phytic acid, trypsin and papain enzyme contained in soy. The content of the total content of amino acids, hemp seed is located at the second position than soybeans, but the presence in soybean antinutrient like phytic acid which is proven to inhibit the absorption of vitamins and minerals like vitamins A, D, iron, calcium and zinc and the enzyme trypsin and papasin which reduces absorption of protein and calcium by the body to make the position of soybeans as a major vegetable protein source needs to be reconsidered
